Shipping Policy

We offer standard and expedited shipping (new/open-box/reconditioned) on all orders, including consumer electronics, computer hardware, photography, and audio equipment within the continental United States. Payments submitted will be packaged and with tracking provided on the same day. The item(s) will be shipped the next business day (morning). You can expect to receive your package within 1-5 business days after it has been shipped, depending on the destination.

All orders are shipped with tracking information and insurance up to $100 via USPS Priority. You can track your order status on the assigned carrier service’s website.

Return Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions on returning the item to us. Once we receive the item, we will refund your original payment method or send you a replacement item, depending on your preference and availability.
